My Services

I provide various services under supervision and independently for individuals who are coming to therapy for the first time and those who have been referred from various settings including Psychiatry, Neurology, Neurosurgery, and other medical specialties.

Furthermore, I offer services in approaches that utilise the domains of Counselling Psychology and Play as a method of facilitating psychosocial well-being. I offer services in English for all age groups.

Introductory Session

During this session, we will try to explore your chief complaint as well as your medical, psychological and social history that will help me understand you better

Testing Sessions

During these focused and intensive settings, we will go over evidence-based testing protocols to better understand the relationship between your brain and behaviour. These sessions could be brief, where you will be screened for cognitive impairments, or they could be longer, taking up to 4 hours to complete.

Follow-up Sessions

Based on the test results and from the derivation of your goals, we will come up with a unique intervention that will focus on the cognitive and emotional aspects of the difficulty that you are facing and will address them at a comfortable pace using various techniques.

Counselling Services

The work of a counsellor is to focus on issues that are not clinical in nature and that cause minimal distress. We try to overcome these in a collaborative manner.

Play Services

Meant specifically to target the interaction between Play and Human Well-being, sessions of this kind will focus on using play approaches to facilitate emotional wellbeing.
